Delos Delta worked with the City of Canterbury Bankstown to create their Draft CBCity Digital Strategic Plan.  Recognising that digital technology is becoming increasingly important to both local governments and their communities, Council wanted to develop a Strategic Plan to help anticipate and prepare for emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as make sure that tangible benefits are delivered to everyone in Canterbury Bankstown.

This Digital Strategic Plan builds on Council’s four existing digital strategies and roadmaps and supports the CBCity 2036 Strategic Community Plan.

Delos Delta supported Council to undertake extensive stakeholder engagement, in the form of surveys and workshops, with key insights helping to shape the vision and objectives of the Digital Strategic Plan.
