Delos Delta worked with AlburyCity to review Albury Airport with the goal to evaluate existing governance structures and provide future recommendations to ensure the strategic vision of the airport can be supported and achieved.

Delos Delta’s specialised understanding of governance within the aviation sector, and more importantly, within local government structures, worked to effectively drive positive outcomes for Albury Airport and the community.

To do this, Delos Delta began by assessing the current governance maturity and then benchmarked Albury Airport against its peers, defined best-practice principles, and engaged with key stakeholders to understand their views and needs.

Following this, insights from our stakeholder engagement and governance assessments were leveraged develop recommendations for AlburyCity and Albury Airport.
