In February 2023, Delos Delta worked with City of Salisbury to develop a Communications and Engagement Framework to guide the delivery of Council communications, making sure the messaging is holistic, accessible, and reflective of the community’s voice.

The Framework aims to build a long-term dialogue with the community by:

• Supporting co-design and collaboration opportunities
• Addressing and mitigating and risks or concerns
• Disengaging any misinformation
• Providing avenues for community and staff to build their digital capabilities, skills and confidence
