In January 2021, Delos Delta worked with Frankston City to peer review and support the development of their Smart City Framework and Roadmap.

The Smart City Framework and Roadmap uses technology, data, and community engagement to drive decision making and an improved quality of life for the Frankston community. The Framework consists of five principles and six key focus areas to inform how Council will work with partners and the community into the future.

Bringing together all the key focus areas, case studies and key objectives identified, the Roadmap and Action Plan will be updated annually to best understand the achievements and challenges surrounding each deliverable.
