Delos Delta worked with a local government client to deliver two Business Cases to evaluate the desirability and viability of a proposed development within the region.

The Business Cases supported the client by providing a comprehensive review of the current strategic context surrounding the proposed development, including local, regional, and state policy.  A detailed review of relevant literature, as well as a summary of comparable and competitive facilities supported this review.

A detailed economic and financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, led to a series of key insights and results, which informed the development of a series of recommendations for the client.
