A former executive in ACT Government, Brook strives to deliver tangible benefits to communities around Australia while working within the constraints of policy frameworks.
Brook combines financial and economic management with hands-on experience in modernising systems, process and structures which has led to the successful implementation of major projects and policy reforms.
In addition to his economic training, Brook has deep experience within the smart city and digital transformation field. Brook was awarded a Churchill Fellowship for his study of smart city global leaders in Asia, Europe and the Americas and has designed and delivered scores of smart strategies, plans and roadmaps for organisations across Australia.
Brook has a Bachelor of Arts, Commerce and Economics (hons) from the Australian National University and is a Churchill Fellow.
David Trebeck

David has a strong background in successful economic performance measuring and advising. In 1983 he formed ACIL (now ACIL Allen), Australia’s largest economic and policy consultancy. David has extensive experience translating his private sector expertise for the betterment of Local Government.
He is currently the National Chair of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, and the past President of ACT Division Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (of which he is a Fellow).
David has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (hons), a Masters of Economic and is a Churchill Fellow.
Anna Wilson

As project lead for more than twenty strategies, community plans, engagement process and governance/performance management projects, Anna is a highly experienced client and community liaison with an eye for detail and critical evaluation.
Anna has previously held executive board positions at the Australian National University Australian Football Club, working with a multitude of stakeholders to support community sport. She is particularly proud of the work she did in supporting the ANUAFC Women’s Leadership Scholarship, now in its fourth year.
Anna has a Bachelor of International Relations from the Australian National University and now leads the Melbourne office.

Dan has particular expertise in economics, policy development, stakeholder engagement and urban and regional development and is also the Managing Director of Stewart Projects.
Dan was previously Director ACT for Elton Consulting where he took a lead role in a broad range of major developments that will shape the look and feel of Canberra into the future. Dan advised on project feasibilities, developed business cases and undertook stakeholder consultation to ensure that the developments were commercially viable and would meet community and government expectations.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science and Economics and a Masters of Management from the Australian National University.

Adrian has twenty years of diverse experience operating as a Snr Consultant at Noetic Solutions, Snr Researcher for the Parliamentary Library, Treasury Advisor for the ACT and Snr Executive in the ACT Government.
Adrian has a Master of Economic Studies from University of New England, Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and Diploma in Project Management.

Claire has a recognized track record working across Australia as an experienced practitioner, advocate and advisor in Corporate Stakeholder and Community Engagement; Community Development; Crisis and Issues Management, Strategic Communications, Organisational Strategy; Aboriginal Engagement; and facilitating group decision making.
Some of Claire’s key achievements include IAP2 National and International Organisation of the Year and a Recognition Award from the Prime Minister’s Corporate and Community Partnerships NSW.
Claire has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Journalism from the University of Cardiff, Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School and a Foundation in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competence from TAFE NSW. She is also IAP2 certified and achieved a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.

Dan Carton is the former Chief Economist and Head of Sales & Portfolio Management at Defence Housing Australia (DHA). He has consulted extensively on housing policy domestically and internationally.
Dan is currently involved in several start-ups and does range of investment, governance & advisory work across a variety of industries including politics & public policy, economic development, land development and housing, renewables and funds management. Dan has an extensive network across the community housing and institutional & funds management sectors in Australia particularly where these industries intersect. Dan is also Chair of Havelock Housing, one of the largest community housing providers in Canberra.

George has led the delivery of complex engagements, building a demonstrable record of accountability to senior client stakeholders and executives. He has been instrumental in advancing critical research and analysis of smart city capabilities, the growth of the green economy and industry 4.0, and multi-level governance that supports large-scale innovation.
George has a Bachelor of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Leeds and is finishing his Master of International Affairs specialising in Cyber Security at King’s College London.
Aneri is a valuable member of the Consulting team at Delos Delta, with extensive hands-on experience in Economic Analysis, Forecasting and Data Analysis, Climate Change and Public Policy. She has an unmatched enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to lead and coordinate corporate firms and educational institutions. Aneri has worked across the globe with organisations like the World Bank and the ACT Government.
Experienced in multidisciplinary analysis, she vividly decodes the intricacies involving industries, government, academia, and other stakeholders.
Aneri holds a Master of Applied Economics from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts Triple Majors in Economics, Political Science, Sociology from Christ University, India.

Darcy’s background in economics and renewable systems engineering has given him a strong foundation to undertake in-depth research and data reviews. He specialises in cost-benefit analysis and economic benchmarking, and uses his technical skills and critical thinking lens to deliver tailored, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
